Operations audit
Shows what departs from the usual in your store's voids, waste, comps and discounts, and alerts you when something is worth a question.
The problem it solves
Everyday operations, read together.
Every day the point of sale records line voids, product waste, comps, discounts and items sold at zero price. These are normal operations, part of how any venue runs. What is rarely possible is to look at them together and tell what is usual from what is not. Without that reading, an abnormal pattern is only found by chance, or not found at all.

It learns each store's normal and flags the rest.
TicasBoard learns what is normal in each store, weekday by weekday, and flags when something departs from that pattern. A Saturday is compared with Saturdays, not with Tuesdays. Each occurrence shows the observed value, the usual reference, the deviation as a percentage and the severity.
- Pattern computed per weekday, over the store's own history
- Observed value, reference, deviation and severity on every occurrence
- A deviation is not a conclusion. The facts are shown, the reading is yours

From the day's summary to the line behind it.
The numbers for the day, month or year: how many voids there were, what they were worth, for what reason, at what time, on which items and who recorded them. Any value is clickable and opens the lines behind it.
- Views by day, month and year
- By reason, hour, item and operator
- Any figure opens the lines that produced it

Alerts
Define what is normal and when to be alerted.
This is where you define what should be considered normal in each venue and when you want to be alerted. Thresholds per indicator, reasons marked as critical and exclusion of exceptional days from the pattern calculation. You get a daily summary by email and an immediate alert in the situations defined as critical.
Indicators tracked
What the audit watches.
- Line voids (quantity, value, reason, operator and time)
- Time between the order and the void
- Automatic waste, in units and in cost
- Comps and discounts granted
- Lines sold at zero price
- Simplified-invoice to invoice conversions
- Voided documents
What sets it apart
It compares with your store, not the industry.
- Compares with the store's own pattern, not industry averages.
- A deviation is not a conclusion: it can be a change of routine or an atypical day. We show the facts and leave the reading to those who know the venue.
- It keeps the history: when you enable the module in a store, the history is loaded automatically, so patterns are computed over what has already happened.
- Access restricted to the manager, because the detail includes operator names.
