€10.50 /mo per store, excl. VAT. It is the cost of the ZoneSoft API module, essential for your data to be read, added to the plan.
Team module
+€4.90 /mo per store, excl. VAT. Optional module for goals, rewards, ranking and the staff app — add it whenever you want.
Additional history
+€2.50 for each year of sales history, excl. VAT. You can import previous years — for example, bring in 2025 to compare right away with 2026 — paying €2.50 for each imported year.
Multiple stores
TicasBoard manages multiple stores natively. For groups, terms are assessed case by case — talk to us.

Before you start.
Do I need to change my management software?
No. TicasBoard doesn't replace your point of sale — it connects to your ZoneSoft and reads the data. You keep working as always; we handle the analysis.
What if I don't enter purchases in the system?
No problem. You can connect your PHC so costs come in automatically, or export an Excel, fill in the cost prices and import it back. From there we calculate margins and food cost.
Is this only for restaurants?
No. It works for restaurants, retail and commerce in general. The same sales, margin and store-comparison analytics apply to any business with a ZoneSoft point of sale.
Is there a lock-in?
There's no lock-in. You pay monthly and cancel whenever you want.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is hosted in Europe, with regular backups, in compliance with the GDPR.
