2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
Ticasgest processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.
What data we collect
- Contact requests: name, company, email, phone, tax ID, district, type of business, number of stores and the message you send us through the form.
- Service data: in providing TicasBoard, we process, on the client's behalf, the sales and catalogue data read from their ZoneSoft and the costs the client supplies (PHC or Excel). Here, Ticasgest acts as the client's processor.
- User account: email, name and language of the dashboard users.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to demo requests and commercial contact (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- Providing the TicasBoard service (performance of the contract).
- Billing and compliance with legal obligations.
Processors
We use providers that process data on our behalf, namely the server hosting (in the European Union) and the email delivery provider. Access to sales data is made from the client's own ZoneSoft, with their authorisation. All are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security.
Retention periods
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up. Service data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the applicable legal periods after it ends.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting geral@ticasgest.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
3. Cookie Policy
This site uses only essential cookies for its operation and your consent preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Terms and Conditions
Subject
TicasBoard is a subscription Business Intelligence software (analysis of sales, margins, team and forecasts) for restaurants, retail and commerce. It is not invoicing software and does not replace the point of sale.
Account and payments
- The subscription is billed monthly, per store, according to the plan and extras chosen. ZoneSoft access is added where applicable. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- The client may cancel at any time, with no lock-in.
Client data
The client retains ownership of their sales and cost data. TicasBoard merely reads and presents it as analysis. The client is responsible for managing their users' access.
Non-certified documents
TicasBoard is an analysis tool. The figures shown are for information and management; they are not tax documents and the software is not certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority.
Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service available and secure, with regular backups. The service is provided "as is"; Ticasgest is not liable for indirect damages resulting from interruptions beyond its control.
Governing law
Portuguese law applies, with the courts of Ticasgest's registered seat being competent, waiving any other.
5. Complaints Book
As required by law, we provide an electronic Complaints Book, available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. In case of a consumer dispute, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
